Lync: Phones
Phones are a vital aspect of conference calls. Please review the Phone options in Lync.

4. Try It: Review the Phone Options
Microsoft Lync is still open.
Go to Options->Tools->Options.
Click on Phones.
There are four options for Phones:

My phone numbers:
You can have more than one phone number in Lync: Work, Mobile. Home and Other. Any or all of these numbers can be shown on your Contact Card if you wish.

Phone integration:
Use this to enable integration with your system.

Phone accessibility:
Use this to Turn on TYY mode.

Joining conference calls:
When you join a conference call, you may be prompted to choose whether you want to use Lync for the audio or use your phone. You can use these options to set the default.
